How To Open a Ticket in The Billing Panel

In some situations, you may need to open a support ticket for assistance with your server. However, before doing so, we recommend reaching out through LiveChat for faster help.

If you do need to open a ticket, here’s how.

Step 1: Login to The SimpleGameHosting Billing Area

To get started, login to the SimpleGameHosting Billing Area. The login information for the billing area was created when you purchased your server.

Once you're logged in, you'll be redirected to your Dashboard.

Step 2: Locate Tickets

You’ll find the Tickets section in the menu bar of your Billing dashboard.

Click on the Tickets button to access your ticket dashboard, where you can create a new ticket or view existing ones.

To view a ticket, simply click on it to open the message thread.

Step 3: Create Your Ticket

1. To create a new ticket, click the Create New Ticket option. This will open the ticket creation page, where you can:

  • Enter a subject
  • Choose the related service (if applicable)
  • Select the ticket's priority,
  • Write a message describing your issue.

2. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible to help our support team assist you effectively.

3. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the ticket to submit it.
