In some cases, you may need to open a ticket in order to get support for your server. Before doing this though, we recommend reaching out via live chat to get quicker support for your issue.
With that being said, should you need to open a ticket, here is how.
Step 1: Login to The SimpleGameHosting Billing Area
To get started, login to the SimpleGameHosting Billing Area. The login information for the billing area was created when you purchased your server.
Step 2: Locate Tickets
The tickets area can be found in the menu bar. Click the "Tickets" button in the menu bar to be taken to where you can not only create a ticket, but view all the tickets you have created.
You can click a ticket to open it and view the messages.
Step 3: Create Your Ticket
To make a new ticket though, click the "Open Ticket" option in the left-hand sidebar.
This will open a ticket creation page where you can add a subject, select the department, and set the priority for your ticket. You can also create a message for your ticket.
