How To Manage Your Payment Methods

Whether you want to change your default payment method or remove a stored card, managing your payment methods is easy at SimpleGameHosting. 

Step 1: Login To The SimpleGameHosting Billing Area

First things first, you will need to access the SimpleGameHosting Billing Area by logging in.

📝 You create your account when you purchased your server. However, you can reset your password via the login page if you have forgotten it. 

Step 2: Access the Billing Page

Once you have logged in, click the "Hello, YOUR NAME" drop-down on the right-hand side of the page. 

Then, click on the "Billing" option here. This will take you to your Account Details. 

From there, click on the "Payment Methods" tab in the left-hand sidebar. 

Step 3: Managing Your Payment Methods

From here, you can click the "Add New Credit Card" button to add a new card. 

You can also click the "Set As Default" button to make the selected card the new billing method for your account. 

To remove a payment method, simply click the "Delete" button.

Then confirm you want to delete it by clicking "Yes" on the pop-up that appears.
