How To Manage Your Payment Methods

Whether you want to update your default payment method or remove a saved card, managing your payments is quick and easy with SimpleGameHosting.

Step 1: Login to the SimpleGameHosting Billing Area

Start by logging in to the SimpleGameHosting Billing Area.

📝Note: You created your account when you first purchased your server. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login page.

Step 2: Go to Your Account Details

Once you are logged in, click the Billing button located at the top right of the screen. It is next to the Panel and Create Server buttons.

Next, click the Account dropdown in the top right corner and select Account Details.

Scroll down until you find the Account Settings section.

  • Here you can choose your preferred payment method and update your billing address. If you make any changes, be sure to scroll down and click Save Changes to apply them.

Step 3: Managing Your Payment Methods

In the Account Settings section, click the Manage Payment Methods button.

  • This will open in a new tab or window.

  • On this page, you will be able to view, add, edit, or delete any payment methods linked to your account.

To add a new card:

  • Click Add New Credit Card.
  • Fill out the form with your card details.
  • Double check everything for accuracy.
  • Click Save Changes.

To edit a saved card:

  • Click the Edit button.
  • Update the information as needed.
  • Click Save Changes.

To delete a card:

  • Click the Delete button next to the card. 
    • A popup will ask you to confirm
  • Click Yes to complete the removal.
