How To Find Support Tickets in The Billing Panel

Occasionally, our LiveChat support team may ask you to open up a ticket or create one for you. This guide will show you how to access your ticket and where to go reply to it. 

Step 1: Logging Into The Billing Area

To get started, login to the SimpleGameHosting Billing Area. The login information for the billing area was created when you purchased your server.

Step 2: Accessing Your Tickets

Once you're logged in and redirected to your Dashboard, click the Tickets button in the menu bar to view all of your tickets. 

  • All of your tickets will be located here

You can filter your tickets by clicking on the column headers on the ticket page, such as:

  • Department
  • Subject
  • Status
  • Last Updated

Step 3: Viewing and Replying to Tickets

To view a ticket, simply click on it.

Once opened, you can respond by clicking the Reply button.

If your issue has been resolved, you also have the option to close the ticket by clicking the Close button next to Reply.
