Occasionally, our Live Chat support team may ask you to open up a ticket or create one for you. This guide will show you how to access your ticket and where to go reply to it.
Step 1: Logging Into The Billing Area
Support tickets are located in the billing area. You will need to login in order to access your ticket. You created the login information when you purchased your server.
Step 2: Accessing Your Tickets
Once you have logged into the server, navigate to the "Tickets" button in the menu bar. All of your tickets will be located here.
You can filter your tickets in the left-hand sidebar.
Step 3: Viewing and Replying to Tickets
Select a ticket by clicking on it.
With your ticket selected, click the "Reply" button to add a reply to your ticket.
You can also close your ticket on the left-hand sidebar by clicking the "Close" button if your ticket has been answered.
