⚠️ Your server will automatically cancel at the End of Billing Period. It will remain active until them. Canceling will not result in a refund per our terms of service. You must reach out to support for this.

You will be taken to a short form where you can enter a reason for canceling. A quick sentence or two is totally fine.

After filling out the form, click the Request Cancellation button again to confirm. You will then see a confirmation page letting you know that the cancellation is scheduled.

👋Heads Up: We do NOT need to approve your cancellation request. Submitting a request simply gives us a chance to check in and see if we can help with any issues you may be facing. Regardless, your server will be set to cancel at the end of the current billing period, so you can keep using it until then.
